During the series, you’ll explore unique, interesting (and fun!) core-centered practices with different variations and modifications, including simple and effective ways to activate your deep core muscles without stressing your neck and lower back. You’ll also learn practices designed to activate core strength on a more subtle level, helping you to cultivate willpower and confidence.

Be prepared to strengthen your core, build upper body strength and challenge with options and variations to deepen your practice leaving you in a complete state of bliss to the music of your soul.
